General Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop PROOF OF FAITH by consumers or businesses within Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and selected countries of the European Union.

3. Offer and Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product overview. The contract is concluded upon completion of the ordering process and confirmation of the order by email.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices do not include VAT in accordance with Section 19 of the German VAT Act (small business regulation).

Payment methods: PayPal, credit card, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Deliveries are made within Germany, to Austria, Switzerland, and selected countries of the European Union.

Germany:

€3.95 shipping costs, free shipping for orders over €50, delivery time: 3–10 business days

Austria & Switzerland:

€6.95 shipping costs, free shipping for orders over €50, delivery time: 4–14 business days

Other EU countries:

€8.95 shipping costs, free shipping for orders over €100, delivery time: 4–14 business days

All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.

6. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Further information can be found in the cancellation policy. Returns must be registered by email in advance.

7. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

8. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply.
