Shipping Information
1. Delivery Area
We currently ship within Germany, to Switzerland, and to selected countries within the European Union.
Worldwide shipping outside Europe is currently not available.
2. Shipping Costs
Germany:
€3.95 shipping costs – free shipping for orders over €50.
Austria & Switzerland:
€6.95 shipping costs – free shipping for orders over €50.
Other EU countries:
€8.95 shipping costs – free shipping for orders over €50.
All shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout.
3. Delivery Time
As we use a print-on-demand process, each product is individually produced and printed after the order has been placed. This results in the following delivery times:
Germany: 3–10 business days
Austria, Switzerland & other EU countries: 4–14 business days
The delivery time starts after payment has been received. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays or public holidays.
4. Shipping Providers
Shipping is handled by reliable partners such as DHL, Deutsche Post, or other national shipping providers. Tracking is available for all orders.
5. Partial Deliveries
If your order contains multiple products, partial deliveries may occur in exceptional cases. In this case, you will not be charged any additional shipping costs.
6. Delays
In rare cases, delays may occur due to production bottlenecks or shipping provider issues. If this happens, we will keep you actively informed by email.
7. Shipping Status / Tracking
As soon as your package is on its way, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link by email. This allows you to track the status of your delivery at any time.
